Folks,
	I am now working for Qualcomm R & D.  Though previous addresses will still 
work, I would
appreciated you updating contact information for me 
to:  hardie@qualcomm.com as a primary
email address and 1-408-423-0307 as an office phone.  I'll be slowly doing 
the ietf mailing lists, so
you may still see postings from other addresses, but this one should be 
primary now.
