dead IDs in the RFC Ed queue

I took a look at the IDs in the RFC Ed queue that are in IESG TO and
found some funnies - teh following IDs are listed in the tracker as being 
"dead" - does that mean that no one told the rfc ed that the ID was
withdrawn (or whatever happened to make it dead) so that the RFC Ed
can take it off their list?
