doing this kind of comparison.

There are some pretty curious entries in there, like:

draft-ietf-cdi-model-02.txt
 IESG says: Publication Requested (2002-12-13)
 RFC-Editor says: AUTH48
(If it's really in author's 48 hours, the IESG doesn't have much time
left to evaluate it)

draft-ietf-trade-iotp-v1.0-set-02.txt
 IESG says: IESG Evaluation (2002-11-14)
 RFC-Editor says: IANA
(It's not necessarily bad for the IANA to be aware of this document,
but it is unexpected for it to be in the RFC Editor's queue if it hasn't
been approved yet.)
