FYI: draft-ietf-trade-iotp-v1.0-papi

This document was part of a ballot with a different document 
(draft-ietf-trade-iotp-v1.0-set). The latter blocked publication of the 
two because explicit IANA considerations were missing.

Both documents were discussed and evaluated by Perry Metzger.

But, when approving the documentS and informing the RFC-Editor, it 
seems that only the -set document was approved formally, and not the 
papi one.

I have requested the -papi document to end up on the agenda, just so 
this is cleaned up once and for all.
