Re: "privacy considerations" talk at the plenary?

if you trust him to go through with it, I'm happy to oblige.

I have the following items for the IESG plenary:

- Finances of the IETF (what we expect the budget to be, why we might want more money from some place, and what the community thinks best)
- Privacy considerations, by Matt
~ The report of the problem-statement team

Is there any reason to ask for more? :-)

During the call, the subject of a privacy considerations draft came up.
Matt Blaze has offered to write one, but he's turned into a black hole
on that topic -- which isn't surprising to me; I've worked with him for
many years. Allison suggests that Matt give a talk on privacy at the
plenary. The rest of the IESG agreed, but you weren't on the call. If
it's ok with you, I'll invite Matt (and, knowing him, I'm confident
that he will come through on such a talk; he's very deadline-driven).
