"privacy considerations" talk at the plenary?

During the call, the subject of a privacy considerations draft came up. 
Matt Blaze has offered to write one, but he's turned into a black hole 
on that topic -- which isn't surprising to me; I've worked with him for 
many years.  Allison suggests that Matt give a talk on privacy at the 
plenary.  The rest of the IESG agreed, but you weren't on the call.  If 
it's ok with you, I'll invite Matt (and, knowing him, I'm confident 
that he will come through on such a talk; he's very deadline-driven).
