it's rare to have trouble with our copyright being too restrictive.
I've forwarded it to the design team of the IPR WG (chairs & writers & Jorge) for comment.

I noticed that the wikipedia's definition of "Internet Standard" was
a little off, so I started editing it a little -- then I realized that
it was mostly copied from RFC 2026, but all items on the wikipedia
are licensed under the GNU FDL, which would be incompatible with the
ISOC copyright if the ISOC copyright was actually on 2026.

Sigh.  I'll leave it all alone now.
