This seems to have gotten into a loop.

So Mr. Morris did follow up and asked the authors, and now
the authors point back to the secretariat.

Scott, since Thomas seems to say it is OK here, I guess
the other authors should say OK too, and then Mr. Morris
I guess can use excerpts, right?
