When you say that Dave would do most of the work, I suppose
you mean the "WG chairing" work, and not that he will become
the main author/editor of documents to be delivered.

despite almost a year of repeated requests to dnsop chairs to
recharter to seriously cover v6 co-existence issues, not one
things has happened.  i think it's time to change chairs.
what do you think of a team of
  dave meyer (who would do most of the work)
  rob austein (for subtle dns clue)
