I'm delighted to see this -- I've long wanted something like this. You
may want to ask Henning Schulzrinne to look at it, since he has been
parsing the current index.
A quick glance shows that some abstracts are missing spaces in some
spots. See, for example, RFC1928, which says "previousversion".
Should there be a URL for the RFC itself?
