The humming has now happened. and a charter is to be generated and reviewed

as the outcome of the hum.



Alison has proposed that the charter discussion be held on the IETF mailing 
list.

It was noted that noone raised their hands in the room when asked whether

anyone kept up to date on the IETF mailing list, so I'm not clear that hosting

the charter review on that mailer is the best place for informed review.
