Do you mean generic ASN.1 or do you mean our ASN.1-like MIB
materials? For MIB modules in RFCs, we have this:
   http://www.ietf.org/IESG/STATEMENTS/MIB-COPYRIGHT.txt

The thing below is for IANA maintained MIB modules for which
we do not have an RFC.
