Ted, I think that is a decent solution. I'd suggest one little bit of completeness that would not require any effort by Graham, which is simply for the document to cite the IMPP presence model RFC, just to place itself within the IETF context a little bit. It's not far out. The informative ref could be added in an RFC Editor note and it would just dot an i of ietf relationship... Allison
