RE: Preparing to close APEX.
I think they are waiting for the PIDF draft (draft-ietf-impp-cpim-pidf) to
be revised, and then they want to send that, the MSGFMT draft and the three
core drafts to the IESG in a bundle. There are some dependencies between the
PIDF draft and draft-ietf-impp-pres.
