Scott tells me that this ID was discussed in the ppvpn WG 2 or 3 IETFs
ago. It did not get a good reception in the WG. There was not really
support for it.  So, I guess it's not really going anywhere. When I'm
back online, I'll go see what the meeting minutes have to say.
