Scheduling our Wednesday telechat

In working on the agenda for the retreat, I've come across one 
strangeness.... lunch on Wednesday.

Our usual telechat time is 1130-1400, US East Coast time.

I see three options:

- Lunch 1030-1130. This is early.
- Lunch 1400-1500. This is late.
- Break with tradition and move not only the day, but the TIME of our 
telechat. Given that we will probably have 2-3 Californians dialing in, 
earlier doesn't sound good - but what if we do the following:

1130-1230: Lunch
1230-1500: Telechat

Then we have an hour or two at the end of Wednesday for "wrapup".

What do people think?
