This version addresses my concerns. FWIW, the new wording w.r.t the
issue I raised during the call is:

Looking at the ballots, I'm the only discuss. (But harald hasn't
voted, though I'm pretty sure he's OK with the document).

So, submit as an ID and get this one approved?
