**Change in Procedure**

Dear Harald:

We would like to make a small change in the procedures for processing 
requests to announce the closing of a WG.  In the past, we did not copy the 
mailing lists for the subject WGs on the WG closing announcements.  In the 
future, we would like to copy these mailing lists.  Please let me know if 
we have your approval to make this change.
