Michelle did say that Bob did respond....Allison, What should we do here? 1) we need a new designated expert, as bob is apparently no longer interested. 2) this allocation is FCFS, so we can't really turn it down, but I think it is worth asking for more info to be sure this makes sense and to see if we even understand what this is about.
