Another reading suggestion...



Hi All,

Here's another book that I'd suggest reading:

_Making Process Improvements Work_
by Neil S. Potter and Mary E. Sakry
ISBN Number:  0-201-77577-8

This is a basic primer on process improvement.  A bit
dry and simplistic, but generally worthwhile.  The
examples all focus on software projects, but the concepts
apply equally well to technical documents.

I read this book as a refresher on process improvement
before writing the process doc for the problem-statement
WG, so you may see its influence there.

BTW, if any of you know of any good books that I might
benefit from reading (on this topic, or on any other topic
where you believe that I could use some improvement), please
don't hesitate to suggest them.
