OK, let me try to make a start.

One problem I see is that the current AD job is basically a 
full time job, certainly if you consider a 40 hour work week.
Not sure if it has to be, but give the way we are currently 
organized and given our current tools and procedures, 
that is what it boils down to for me.

I understand that I have two AD positions, but if I look at
the number of WGs that I am responsible for for both OPS and
SUB, it probably is not more than some of the ADs in the
other areas.

So... is it just me, or do we indeed all have the feeling that
the AD job turns out to be a 40 hour a week job?
