I really thought this was a mislaid April 1st draft when I
saw the -00.

I was truly amazed to see successive drafts appear.

I would be very sorry to see it published as any sort of RFC.

It would be ludicrous to give it PS status.

Keith Moore has given the arguments on the IETF list.
