             Chinese Lottery Cryptanalysis Revisited:  
               The Internet as Codebreaking Tool

   This document revisits the so-called Chinese Lottery massively-
   parallel cryptanalytic attack.  It explores Internet-based
   analogues to the Chinese Lottery, and their potentially-serious
   consequences.
