Dear IESG Members:

Jackie left a message on my answering machine at 9:40 p.m. yesterday 
evening.  She is still under the care of her physician, and will not return 
to the office until Tuesday, June 3.  In her absence, other members of the 
Secretariat staff will continue to address all tickets and other requests 
that Jackie normally handles.  To assist us in doing so, please send all 
requests to the ticket system.
