>From what I recall, then we had tried to decide between
your text (as in your I-D) and text proposed by Thomas
(on IESG email list). But then we had forgotten to consider
a text proposal by Ted, so we did not decide (that was
at Wye River). Ted then re-posted his porposal, and
for all I remember we never made the final decision.
