Proposed IESG statement on draft-malis-sonet-ces-mpls-05.txt

The PWE3 WG moved beyond draft-malis-sonet-ces-mpls-05.txt as the base for one
of its chartered documents, draft-ietf-pwe3-sonet-01.txt.  The WG's chartered draft
contains much material meeting requirements (security, congestion avoidance, IP
IP support as well as MPLS) not envisioned by draft-malis-sonet-ces-mpls-05.txt, 
because of the WG charter and the working group interoperabilty discussions going on.
Leaving aside the charter requirements, the documents have the same subject matter.
The IESG therefore finds it advisable that draft-malis-sonet-ces-mpls-05.txt 
not be published at this time.
