Michelle,

I can help you with some of these:

- "IP TOS Parameters" - Obsoleted by RFC 2474 - the sub-registry should be removed

- "Recommended values for TOS" - same as IP TOS Parameters - delete

- "Robust Header Compression Configuration
  Option Suboption Identifier Values" - This is defined in RFC 3241 and
  section 7 of the RFC gives very clear IANA Considerations of Specification
  Required for any new values in both the standards track and non-standards
  track spaces.

	This should be cross-indexed under RObust Header Compression 
	Protocol Parameters below

- "Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) Parameters" - the new Draft Standard replacements
  for RFC 1889 and RFC 1890 revamp the IANA registries, so revise the matrix
  entries based on these - the RFCs will be out any day now.  ? marks should be easy to fix.
  I know you have just finished working on the revised registries for them.  


- Session Description Protocol (SDP) Parameters - you ask if the reference to RFC 2327
  is changed.  Not yet, but a new revision is past working group last call and it
  has a much revised IANA Considerations that will change what appears here a lot.  
  Meanwhile what you can make from RFC 2327 is the following:
