Jon asked the same question. As I told him, the following would probably work just fine:

Agenda: <insert filename>

...but I'm still thinking about it.

I also mentioned to Jon that to add an item to the agenda, you need only check the "Agenda?" box in the ID Tracker, select a date from the drop-down menu, and click "Update." It seems to me that this is less work than sending a message to the ticket system. But of course, it's your choice :-)
