The Secretariat systems.  Here's what happened to mine:

When I removed my Discuss, I did what I usually do and assumed the request
would change mine to a default position of no-objection - wrong - the person
handling this sent me a note requesting a position, which I did not read,
because I thought it was the iesg-sec auto-response.  Later I noticed it was not
just an auto-response and I sent in a no-ob, but it has not been processed,
seems like.  I'll request it be fixed.  

The particular crufty human interface will be supplemented with a web interface
in about two weeks.  Then I'll be able to go click on a no-ob button on 
the ballot myself.  We are looking forward to it, you can imagine.
