Universal liveness protocol is a different beast, related to fast

it's possible), RTG would be the logical area to host it in.
actually, i was just told that the daves (ward and katz) have
conspired with a third dave to discuss it in the grow wg. i
am not sure i want to fight this one with the daves at this point
in the anti-ietf sentiment.
for clarity: universal liveness is being discussed in GROW?
What's the point of origin of the idea?

do you think the technology should be a tomato target, or that the idea that the IETF should host it should be?
or neither?
