The mobileip-ipv6 is a returning document (even though it doesn't appear
as such on the agenda) which should have addressed
the outstanding discusses. Thus I put it on the agenda together
with mipv6-ha-ipsec in Thomas absense to check if the discuss issues have
been resolved.
