RFCs, or at least the titles of RFCs, are read by many people who are
NOT in the security world.
Of course; those are the people I am most concerned about when you
expand acronyms in a destructive fashion, such as above. Security
people would know that "Triple-Data Encryption Standard (DES)"
probably means the TripleDES algorithm; non-security people might
think it means the DES algorithm listed in the title of the RFC.
