Revised Minutes from the June 26 IESG Teleconference

Dear IESG Members:

Below are the revised minutes from the June 26, 2003 IESG teleconference.
Changes from the previous version include:

(1) The following boilerplate text for standards-track or BCP documents
under discussion by the IESG:

"The document remains under discussion by the IESG in order to resolve
points raised by <insert name(s) of ADs>"

(2) The following footnote (at the end of the minutes) applied to all
documents under discussion by the IESG:

"Please see the ID Tracker
(https://datatracker.ietf.org/public/pidtracker.cgi) for details on
documents that are under discussion by the IESG."

(3) The following additional information in statements concerning the
types of announcements that the Secretariat will send for various
documents:

"The Secretariat will send a working group submission Protocol (or
Document) Action Announcement."

or

"The Secretariat will send an individual submission Protocol (or Document)
Action announcement."

instead of

"The Secretariat will send a Protocol Action Announcement."

or

"The Secretariat will send a Document Action Announcement."

(4) Corrections to inconsistencies in the formatting of headings.

Information for each document includes the filename, draft name, and token
as well as any "Web notes" that accompanied the document in the Agenda.
It seems to me that the Web notes do not really belong in the minutes.
However, since they were in the previous version, I am reluctant to remove
them without your permission.

Please review the revised minutes at your earliest convenience. I look
forward to your comments and suggestions.

Regards,

Barbara
