RIPE Region Hostcount for June 2003

Dear All,
below is the hostcount for June 2003.
The table shows an increase since last month of over 190,000 (or 1,0%)
to a total of approximately 20,400,000 hosts in the DNS in Europe and
surrounding areas.
The 'it' domain shows the highest increase for June with approximately
70,000 hosts more than in May.

- Brief Notes on this Hostcount -
- the February, 2003 data was used for dk and hr due to their having
a corrupted count this month.
- the May, 2003 data was used for ru due to problems with the remote
collection.
- sj was removed from the count. We were informed by the administrator
that there are no hosts registered in the TLD.
