Note to IESG:

You do not need to act on this message (or one more that will be
coming shortly).

I am using ID Tracker to make sure the approval announcements for the
2 MIP documents are correct prior to having the secretariat send out
the announcement (one requires an RFC Editor note).

The two documents have been previously discussed by the IESG and smb
has lifted his final discuss (modulo an rfc editor note).

I thought I might be simplifying things, but we'll see...
