Some questions:

a. Does the 2003 budget include the estimate of how much we lost on the
Vienna meeting?
No. It was the pre-Vienna budget, and further discussions will be based on that budget as a baseline.

b. Is there a balance sheet available? Specifically, I'm
interested in current liabilities and assets.
No. So far, the IETF has not carried any assets apart from its reserve fund, all other items being carried as Foretec property. I don't believe we ever give credit for meeting fees either, so we don't have accounts payable worth mentioning. We have also, I believe, closed the books for the year after all bills are paid, so there are no liabilities that carry from year to year either.

I can check that with Dawn, if you'd like.

c. Do we have a list of
creditors and how long their debts have been outstanding? A list of
accounts payable and how long they have been outstanding?
See above.

Did you have any information indicating that such a balance sheet would show any entries?
