No. It was the pre-Vienna budget, and further discussions will be based on 
that budget as a baseline.

No. So far, the IETF has not carried any assets apart from its reserve 
fund, all other items being carried as Foretec property. I don't believe we 
ever give credit for meeting fees either, so we don't have accounts payable 
worth mentioning. We have also, I believe, closed the books for the year 
after all bills are paid, so there are no liabilities that carry from year 
to year either.

Did you have any information indicating that such a balance sheet would 
show any entries?
