I've added this to the tracker as publication requested, with myself
as shepherding AD.  If anyone else wants to take this on, let me
know; I'd be fine losing the arm-wrestle.

                 Domain Administrative Data in LDAP

   Domain registration data has typically been exposed to the general
   public via Nicname/Whois for administrative purposes.  This
   document describes an experimental service using the Lightweight
   Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and well-known LDAP types to make
   available domain administrative data.
