RE: online repository of drafts, and expired drafts with wdiff's available

Now rsync will get just the rfcs, ids, and expired ids

  rsync -avz bgp.potaroo.net::ietfdocs <local directory>

If I do the resync as per below I get virtually nothing.
If O do a resyns with -r then I get (I think) far too much
