In reading this with staff here, we have a suggestion to add 
one line....just a thought.  Maybe the author would want to 
say it another way.  We thought maybe saying that it is available
for re-allocation might be more clear.

Paragraph 3 of the IANA Consideration section:

     There is experience from the IPv4 world that such filters may not be
     removed promptly should this address space be reallocated, and it is
     recommended that the IANA bears this in mind before reallocating it
     in a manner that would require it to be routed globally within the
     current Internet.

Could read something like:

     At this point the 3ffe address range is available for
     re-allocation. However there is experience from the IPv4 world that
     such filters may not be removed promptly should this address space be
     reallocated, and it is recommended that the IANA bears this in mind
     before reallocating it in a manner that would require it to be routed
     globally within the current Internet.

Anyways, just a suggestion.
