Re: Evaluation: draft-ietf-ieprep-ets-general

The document uses the notion of "labels" without giving the reader a
good idea what those are or could be. Some description of label is
given in section 1.2, and requirements for labels in section 3. It
seems that the intention is to avoid specifying how exactly labels
should be implemented. It would help a lot if some description of a
"label" was provided in the beginning of the document (e.g., in a
Terminology section, before it is first used) and it spelled out that
exact definition of a label is out of scope of the document and will
be defined somewhere else, or something along these lines.
