RFC 2895 to Draft Standard

All,

It has been awhile since we have last upgraded a document without
needing any changes. Since that time, we have had a change in policy
with regards to the references of Standards Track documents. Does
this document need to be revised with a new references section that
separates the normative vs. informative references?

Thank you.
