Removal of "draft-ietf-dhc-unused-optioncodes" from Queue

Dear RFC Editor:

The IETF Secretariat requests that you please remove 
"draft-ietf-dhc-unused-optioncodes" from the RFC Editor Queue.  After IESG 
approval, it was discovered that three of the option codes listed in this 
document are, in fact, in use by Apple.  The document will be updated to 
remove these options and will be resubmitted.  The IANA considerations 
section will also be modified to indicate that the deprecated option 
numbers should not be reused until the unallocated numbers are exhausted.
