Re: Withdrawal of draft-ietf-dhc-unused-optioncodes

Randy - I suggested we do the following:

* We go back to the IETF mailing list to announce the discovery that these
option codes are actually in use
* I revise and republish draft-ietf-dhc-unused-optioncodes to handle these
option codes like the PXE option codes (section 3.1 of
draft-ietf-dhc-unused-optioncodes); i.e., "in use and we're working on
  documenting them"
* We publish the revised doc as the Informational RFC
* I work with Apple to publish specs for these options and move them
  through the standards process

Apple has already expressed the desire to do the right thing (bullet 4).
