The IAB (Geoff Huston) wants to work out a Liaison agreement with OMA. Ted (and a few others) have been in some email exhanges about this already. Geoff would rather deal with one representative of IESG than with all of us. So he asked if Ted is the proper person to be inteface from IESG for this. Harald and I both think that that is OK.
