To the RSSAC,

ICANN would like to receive concrete advice on how to procede further
with the introduction of AAAA records for the root-servers.

Presently we have four requests for additions, my understanding is
that others may follow soon.

m.root-servers.net      AAAA    2001:dc3::35

h.root-servers.net      AAAA    2001:500:1:803f:235

f.root-servers.net      AAAA    2001:500::1035

b.root-servers.net      AAAA    2001:478:65:53

If the members of the committee have suggestions on how to progress
this matter it would be most welcome.

Should we add this as an agenda item for Minneapolis or is there a way to
make progress before then?
