Discussion venues for the community

After cogitation, I've added the following to the statement of "current 
work", at the bottom of the document:

Present discussion venues
--------------------------
At the moment the discussion on these matters is carried out in multiple 
places.

* The problem-statement working group is tasked to bring forth a proposal 
for the process to address the problems. Mailing list is 
problem-statement@alvestrand.no.
* The solutions@alvestrand.no mailing list is being used to have initial, 
open-ended discussions of ideas that might provide parts of the final set 
of changes to the IETF structure and work methods.

Both lists are monitored by the IESG members. Mail may also be sent to the 
IESG directly.

I think that's the status quo. Makes sense to say that?
