In fact, adding it to ID-nits will confuse the purpose of
ID-nits vs 1id-guidelines.txt (if that's not true already).
1id-guidelines.txt is what is required to submit an I-D,
ID-nits is (some of) what is required to get an I-D published
as an RFC.
