RIPE Region Hostcount for September 2003

Dear All,
below is the hostcount for September 2003.
The table shows a decrease since last month of over 420,000 (or 2,1%)
to a total of around 19,800,000 hosts in the DNS in Europe and
surrounding areas.
The uk domain shows the highest increase for September with approximately
30,000 hosts more than in August.

- Brief Notes on this Hostcount -
- The February, 2003 data was used for dk due to their having a
corrupted count this month.
- The May, 2003 data was used for ru due to problems with the remote
collection.
