Message to the Secretariat Ticket System

Dear IESG Members:

As we have previously agreed, please do not send messages to the ticket 
system unless you are requesting assistance or support from the 
Secretariat.  In particular, please do not cc the ticket system when 
engaging in a discussion with the author of a ticket.  Doing so generates 
extraneous tickets that must be reviewed and resolved by the staff.
