Following the reference in old versions of Assigned Numbers, it seems 
to be something related to Geoff Goodfellow.  Fortunately, he still 
seems to be around the net as geoff@iconia.com -- or at least someone 
claiming to be Geoff has used that address to post to Dave Farber's 
Interesting People list.
